All participants (both conference and workshop participants) must register. Click here for online registration.
All registered participants will receive admission to the welcome and farewell receptions and one set of the conference proceedings on a USB flash drive. Regular (not student) registration also includes the conference lunch banquet. Registration packets (including printed receipts) for all advance registrants will be available at the conference registration desk.

If an author has uploaded a paper or abstract using his or her registration, the registration will not be refunded even if the paper or abstract is withdrawn or the author is unable to attend the conference. Other requests for a refund of the advance registration fee will be processed as follows:
